Mike the owner has been a qualified builder for 10 years, he’s LBP licenced and is a member of the Certified Builders association.
Mike worked through the Christchurch re-build, assessing houses for EQC. Over the next few years he then employed 5 people on wages to work on the rebuilds/repairs.
Making the move down to Wanaka in October 2016 after a good break in South East Asia he has made it his home.
Mike has a beautiful French partner, Florine, who Mike met in the Lake View camp ground, She manages the Lake View Motel and Mike helps out with repairs from time to time.
Currently he is working with two other builders in the Wanaka region on new housing.
